The performance management system is now live. You may set objectives between now and October 18th. Likewise, you should jointly set objectives with each one of your direct reports. You may set objectives for yourself. As a manager you may also set some objectives for one of your direct reports or a group objective for all of your direct reports. Your manager may also view and edit the objectives you create. If your manager edits one of your objectives, you will receive an e mail notification. Likewise, you may view the objectives of your direct reports and edit them. We have set a suggested guideline of no more than 10 objectives for every employee including self set objectives and those your manager sets for you. We suggest you only set between 3 and 5 objectives for yourself. Be sure that what you enter are truly your objectives and not simply day-to-day tasks.
