摘 要 员工是一个企业的核心，企业要想留住自己的员工就必须营造一个良好的工作环境。现在企业为了追求越来越高的生产效率，也不得不重视企业工作环境对员工的影响。良好的工作环境能使员工在工作过程中感到舒适，愉悦。因此，一个良好的工作环境不仅可以提高员工的满意度，还可以提高员工的工作效率，从而提高企业的效率。 通过数据测量以及数据分析发现上海达芙妮鞋厂的工作环境有许多需要改进的地方。因此，本文的研究对象是上海达芙妮鞋厂。主要通过测量该企业照度数据，并测量企业噪声数据，以及企业温度，湿度等几个方面数据，并通过求平均的方法，或者是通过求连续等效声级的方法处理测量得来的噪声和照度数据，通过干球温度以及湿球温度查出相对湿度，并算出不适指数，通过分析测量得来的数据判断该企业的工作环境是否符合国家标准，并且针对这些不良的工作环境提出相应的改善方案。 关键词：工作环境；数据测量；数据处理；环境改善 Abstract Employees are the core of an enterprise,a good working environment should be build if the enterprise want to retain their staff.Nowadays higher and higher production efficiency are pursued by the enterprise, Those which want to achieve this aim have to attach importance to enterprise working environment for employees.Good work environment can make employees feel comfortable and pleasure in the process of work .Therefore, a good work environment can not only improve employee satisfaction, can also improve the work efficiency of employees, so as to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. Through the data measurement and data processing,many working environment questions was found in Shanghai daphne shoe factory.Therefore, this article conducted the research on daphne shoe factory in Shanghai.Mainly through the measurement of the illumination enterprise data, and the measurement of enterprise noise data, as well as temperature, humidity and so on several aspects of data, and the average data got calculated, measurement of noise and illumination data was processing by using the method of continuous sound level , through the dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature detected relative humidity, the discomfort index got calculated , through the analysis of the data of measurement from judging whether the enterprise working environment meet the national standards, aimed at the bad working environment and put forward the corresponding improvement plan.
