Documents about financing lease at present are mostly explained in economics and finance, but few are carried on in the aspect of law. Documents of the law mainly concentrate on the difference in financing lease and traditional lease and on the rights and obligations of each party of financing lease.　Generally speaking, the study on legal problem of financing lease of various countries is still at the starting stage at present and has not formed the generally acknowledged intact theoretical system yet. This thesis regards financing lease contract as the research object. On the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from domestic and international relevant research results, the author proposes some views of himself. This thesis includes the following several respects mainly: Section One summarizes concept and characteristics, nature and classification of the financing lease contract at first, defines the financing lease contract circle as the financing lease contract which the lesser signed with the lessee in the financing lease trade and compares the financing lease contract with other contracts similar, the author holds the financing lease contract is a kind of special lease contract Section Two formulates the subject of legal relations of the financing lease contract, and characteristics and classification of
