吉林化工学院 毕业设计--说明书 题目：20kt/d啤酒废水处理工艺设计 外文题目：The design for 20kt/d Brewery wastewater treatment process 性 质: √毕业设计 □毕业论文 教 学 院 环境与生物工程学院 摘要 本设计为20kt/d啤酒废水处理工艺设计，针对啤酒废水中COD含量高，易生化的特点，采用厌氧+好氧的工艺进行处理。经过工艺比较和论证，最终确定采用UASB+SBR的组合工艺。本设计对污水处理工艺的选择进行了论证和设计，计算了污水处理厂的主要污水和污泥处理构筑物，另外也对污水厂的平面和高程进行了布置，对主要处理设备进行了选型及对处理构筑物的运行维护进行了简要论述。污水经过处理后，达到《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》（GB19821-2005）排放要求，满足处理要求。 关键词：啤酒废水 UASB SBR 调节池 Abstract The design for 20kt / d Brewery wastewater treatment process, design for Brewery wastewater COD content was high and easy to biochemical characteristics, anaerobic + aerobic process was used in the processing. After comparison and verification of process, and ultimately determine the use of UASB + SBR process. The design of the sewage treatment process has been selected and verified;the calculation of the sewage treatment plants main structure of sewage and sludge treatment has been completed, also wastewater treatment plant on the plane and elevation to the lay out of the main processing equipment the selection and handling of the operation and maintenance of structures have been brief.
