Man and Nature We hold the idea that man can conquer nature. As far as we all know, man has a smarty brain and is well equipped with lots of knowledge. Recent decades have witnessed rapid progress in technology. We can see a large number of examples of man conquering nature. Such as landing on the moon, making automatic machine and the world-famous Dam named Dujiang. We hold the idea that Forces of nature are irresistible. We can see that man is so littleness faced with forces of nature. Man has nothing to do but run away when man come across disasters like earthquake and seaquake .Man is able to make use of nature not conquer nature. However, although disasters are terrible, man has the power to survive after suffering disasters. People can rebuild their houses, hospitals and schools. They are strong enough to stand up again. (we have N-bomb. We can ruin hills, rivers and rocks.) Undoubtedly , it is only a king of curing themselves. And abviously, man is paper thin while disasters come. People lost their friends and families .And they don’t come back forever. (The damage of N-bomb will return to man) You are right in some aspects . But, we can’t ignore that, to certain extent man has change the way of development of nature. If no humance, nature will become totally different from nature being now.(we have developed technology to protect ourself) My explaination of it is that man is only a fish in the river of nature. To conclude, man has strong of creative and imagination .although man is weak, man is powerful in some aspects. Personally speaking, man has many plans faced with nature.
