本科毕业论文 题 目 供应链运作对中小企业的影响 Subject Supply Chain operation influence on small and medium sized enterprises 供应链运作对中小企业的影响 [摘 要] 我国企业在提升自身竞争力,尤其是在供应链的构建与管理方面,取得了长足的发展,但总体上发展缓慢,整个生产流通中仍处于一种高成本、低效率的运行状态。而我国中小企业供应链的发展,对于我国企业整体实力的提升具有重要作用,因此,必须重视中小企业供应链的管理与发展。 针对以中小企业为核心的供应链管理运作展开研究,阐述了供应链管理这一新的思想产生的成因以及中小企业所产生的作用;然后借用SWOT分析方法分析了以中小企业为核心的供应链管理的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,再结合供应链管理的支撑体系,提出了以中小企业为核心的供应链管库的关键控制要素;最后提出一些以中小企业为核心的供应链管理的运作策略以及提出了战略绩效评价。 关键词: 中小企业;供应链;SWOT分析;绩效评价 Supply Chain operation influence on small and medium sized enterprises Abstract Chinas enterprises in enhancing their own competitiveness, especially in the supply chain construction and management, obtained great progress, but overall progress is slow, the entire production and circulation are still at a high cost, low efficiency of operation. While our country small and medium-sized enterprise supply chain development, the overall strength of Chinas enterprises play an important role in upgrading, therefore, must take the small and medium-sized enterprise supply chain management and development. Aim for the SCM operation that focuses on SME, it has explained the cause of being the SCM idea and the function produced toward SME as a new thought of the management. Then analyzed the Strengths ,Weakness Opportunities and Threats of the SCM that focuses on SME by SWOT analysis, And then, combing the support system of SCM, putting forward the key element of controlling the SCM which focuses on SME. Finally, it put forward some operation tactics of the focuses on SME.
