硫酸化酵母葡聚糖体外和体内对大肠杆菌抑制作用的比较 摘 要： 以酵母碱不溶性葡聚糖为原料，硫酸为酯化剂，在尿素-二甲基亚砜溶液中进行硫酸酯化反应得到易溶于水的白色硫酸化葡聚糖。利用得到的硫酸化葡聚糖进行体外和体内抑制大肠杆菌效果研究。体外抑菌实验结果表明：硫酸化葡聚糖在体外对大肠杆菌的生长没有抑制作用。小鼠活体实验显示：硫酸化葡聚糖能显著提高大肠杆菌致腹膜炎的小鼠的成活率。关键词： 酵母葡聚糖； 硫酸化； 硫酸化葡聚糖； 抑菌； 大肠杆菌 Comparison of the Inhibition Effects of Sulfated Glucan on E.coli in Vitro in Vivo Abstract: Alkali-insoluble β -glucan was used as raw materials to produce water-soluble white sulfated glucan by sulfuric esterification in urea-DMSO solution with sulfuric acid as esterifying agent.
