摘要 本文主要以精密螺钉分选机为研究对象,通过自动送料和自动分选的基础知识,设计及选择最合理的自动送料方案和分选机构,并将其用图纸语言表达出来.通过该装置能够自动分选出各种精密螺钉。对自动分选机的分析主要从理论分析方面入手。 理论分析方面，依次从提升机构，振动送料器，直径选别机构，电镀选别机构分析。首先分析的是提升机构，以求螺钉到达振动送料机，然后分析振动送料器，使螺钉按顺序依次到直径选别机构里。分析直径选别机构主要分析两个滚筒之间的角度，以求选择合格的螺钉直径。分析电镀选别机构，查看螺钉的电镀程度。最后根据自动分选机的理解，绘出控制原理图。 通过设计精密螺钉分选机，分选机应达到可以自动的分选出合格的螺钉，而且分选速度要达到所要求的程度。分选结果要误差小，效率高而且分选过程中不能出现大的错误。本次设计可以解决螺钉分选的速度，效率，安全等问题，满足实用要求。 关键词:螺钉；分选；振动送料器 ABSTRACT In this paper, precision screw sorting machine for the study.Through learning and provide information access to the automatic feeding and automatic sorting of the basic knowledge, design and select the most reasonable program of automatic feeding and sorting institutions, and use drawings to express language out.Automatically through the device at a variety of precision screw elected.
