With upgrading of the status of knowledge elements, everywhere embody innovation and progress in science and technology, the scientific and technological progress is to promote a countrys comprehensive national strength and an important engine of social progress. Based on the understanding of the knowledge elements, combined and amended the relevant arguments element theory, discussed knowledge elements of the international division of labor and trade; building elements under knowledge associated with the model of Chinas foreign trade, pointed out the current situation in international trade, the degree of knowledge elements increase of 1%, Chinas foreign trade volume should be a corresponding increase of 1.07%; Finally, analysis of the status of Chinas foreign trade and problems in factor endowments, and strategy to solve practical relevance.
