网络环境下高校图书馆建设 摘 要 20世纪80年代以来，随着信息技术的广泛应用，高校图书馆开始从由传统图书馆向现代化图书馆过渡，伴随着网络环境的形成和进一步发展，高校图书馆的现代化进程更加刻不容缓。为了满足网络环境下大学生与学者们对知识信息的需求，高校图书馆的文献资源建设、信息服务建设等开始围绕着特色数据库、信息资源共享、网站导航建设等项目一一展开。同时，高校图书馆的人力资源建设也需要输入新鲜的血液。本文首先对网络环境下高校图书馆建设的现状进行简述，然后分别从高校图书馆的文献资源建设、信息服务建设和人力资源建设三个方面探讨网络环境下高校图书馆建设遇到的问题以及应当采取的措施。最后，总结出高校图书馆面对网络环境的发展对策，并对其发展前景进行了展望。 关键词：网络环境；高校图书馆；文献资源；信息服务；人力资源  THE CONSTRUCTION OF UNIVERSITY LIBRARY UNDER THE NETWORK ENVIRONMENT ABSTRACT Since the nineteen eighties, with the wide application of information technology, University Libraries begin to transit from the traditional libraries to modern ones. Accompanied by the formation of the network environment and the further development, university library modernization is getting more and more urgent. In order to meet the demand of the students and scholars about the knowledge and information under the network environment, the construction of the literature resource and the information service of University Library began to develop in the area of the characteristic database, information resource sharing, web site navigation, etc. At the same time, the human resources construction of university library also needs to implant the fresh blood. This paper is first briefly introduced from the current situation in the construction of University Library under the network environment, and then discussed from the construction of literature resources, the information service of University Library Construction, and the human resources construction of University Library under the network environment, problems existed and measures to be taken. Finally, it summed up the development strategies of University Library in network environment, and the prospects of its development.
