Enterprise human capital is the main force to promote the development of enterprise and the progress of social, so the enterprise investment in human capital strength is increasing at the same time. With the development of economy, our country’s enterprise also paid attention to the investment of human capital, but all the investments are risky, our country’s enterprise human capital investment is no exception. At present, how to reduce or avoid the loss that brought by the enterprise human capital investment is a hot topic of some management research. This article mainly from the side of human resources analyzed the main content of the enterprise human capital investment in our country , the current situation of our country enterprise human capital investment risk management, the type of enterprise human capital investment risk management, and the influence of the main factors of enterprise human capital investment risk management in our country.
