本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：10m纯电动旅游客车总布置设计 学 院： 机 械 工 程 学 院 专 业： 车辆工程 班 级： 2010级 01班 学 号： 201002750118 学生姓名： 马 凯 指导老师： 谢伟东 周鸿波 提交日期： 2014年 5月22日  10m纯电动旅游客车总布置设计 摘 要 随着环境污染的逐渐严重、能源的缺乏，作为无污染、零排放的绿色交通工具-纯电动车越来越受到国内外各大汽车厂商的喜爱，成为当今世界汽车界竞相研发的重点热点。本论文的目的是为了积累电动旅游客车相关方面的技术，主要对电动旅游客车进行了总体设计研究。本论文阐述了电动汽车的研究背景和研究意义、国内外电动客车的发展现状和水平，并且分析了我国社会经济发展对电动客车的需求并提出了相对的策略。研究了纯电动旅游客车的行驶动力性能要求，根据纯电动客车动力传动系统参数的选择与匹配方法对本旅游客车进行动力选型匹配，分析了各种电动机的优缺点，选择交流感应电动机作为动力源。在分析纯电动旅游客车车载储能动力源和动力电池的特性和要求的基础上，研究了目前较先进的磷酸铁锂电池及其充放电特性，并将此电池作为旅游客车的储能源。对前面的选型设计结果进行整合，根据旅游客车的用车要求，给出最终旅游客车的主要技术参数，研究了纯电动旅游客车动力传动系统的构成及布置方式，通过对现行的几种常见的动力传动系统进行了研究与比对，根据纯电动旅游客车对驱动系统的要求，得出了纯电动旅游客车的动力传动系统方案，并给出合适的整车动力系统和电池组的总布置图，绘制整车控制与管理系统图。 关键词: 纯电动客车 电动机 磷酸铁锂电池 动力性能 传动系统 ABSTRACT With the energy deprivation and environment pollution, the Electric Vehicle of zero emission has become more and more popular by the major automobile manufacturers. The research of the electric vehicle have become the hot spot of society .The purpose of this research is to accumulated electric bus techniques．This research mainly carried on a total design to the electric passenger Car.The paper summarizes the developing background and meanings of electrical vehicle．The present condition and level of electrical vehicle both in domestic and international，analyzes demand and provides solution of electrical vehicle for our country social economic development．Researched the driving dynamic performance requirements of electric sightseeing bus , according to the selection and matching method of pure electric bus power transmission system parameters and to selection of matching the power for this tour bus.
