本科毕业论文 题目 车轮侧滑的检测诊断研究 学 院: 专 业: 学 号: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 日 期:  摘 要 车轮侧滑是指由于前束与车轮外倾角配合不当，在汽车行驶过程中，车轮与地面之间产生一种相互作用力，这种力垂直与汽车行驶方向，让车轮处于边滚边滑的状态。本文的目的是综述讨论车轮侧滑的影响因素及其检测原理及诊断分析。本文首先对车轮侧滑的基本概念和影响因素进行了阐述分析，引入汽车侧滑试验台的测量原理对车轮侧滑的机理进行分析。分析讨论侧滑量及其导致侧滑量出现的影响因素。最后讨论车轮侧滑检测存在的问题以及对策和将车轮侧滑检测引入车辆年检的可能性。车轮侧滑的影响因素主要是车轮定位参数异常导致，特别是转向轮外倾角与前束不匹配。车轮侧滑量分析得出各项车轮定位参数对车轮侧滑的影响是不同的，各种车轮定位参数之间的不匹配也会造成不同的侧滑量。对上述结果的分析，得出的结论与结果保持一致，车轮前束、车轮外倾、主销后倾、车轮外倾与前束不匹配对车轮侧滑的影响有所差别，并不完全一致。对侧滑量进行分析时要有所区别对待。 关键词：车轮侧滑；车轮定位参数；侧滑量；侧滑试验台； Abstract Wheel sideslip refers to improper toe with wheel camber Angle mismate.When the car driving,it creates a force between the wheel and ground, the vertical force and the direction car driving, let the wheel is in a state of edge binding slip.The purpose of this article is to discuss the influence factors of wheel sideslip and wheel sideslip detecting principle and diagnostic analysis.Firstly, in this paper,analyzing the basic concept of wheel sideslip and influencing factors,accounting for car sideslip test-bed measuring principle,analyzing the mechanism of wheel sideslip.Then analyzing the influence factors of sideslip quantity and its cause sideslip quantity.Finally discussing the problems of wheel sideslip and the possibility of introducing wheel sideslip detecting vehicle annual inspection.The main factors of wheel sideslip are the wheel alignment parameters are abnormal,especially the steering wheel camber Angle and toe-in dont match.Analysis of wheel sideslip quantity learned that the wheel alignment parameters influence on wheel sideslip are different.Different wheel positioning parameters not matching can cause different side slip value of front wheel.Analyzing the above results,conclusion consistent with the results.Wheel toe-in, wheel camber, caster, the mismatching between wheel camber and toe have different influence on wheel sideslip.They need to be treated differently when analyzing the wheel sideslip quantit
