徐州市圣耐普特公司ERP系统的实施方法研究 专业：软件工程 学生：柳涛 指导老师：张琦伟 摘 要 今年博鳌论坛上就有提到我们正面临着第三次工业革命的升级，第三次工业革命其中就包含了以信息网络为基础的信息技术。近些年来越来越多的机械制造企业意识到以信息化管理替代传统的管理方法的重要性，但是由于各种原因，ERP软件上线后达不到预期的效果，因此如何成功实施ERP系统已成为迫在眉睫的问题。本文采用了文献分析和个案研究相结合的研究方法,再通过以徐州市圣耐普特公司为例，介绍了机械制造企业的特点和管理上的一些不足，重点探究了企业在实施ERP项目过程中可能遇到的问题与难点，并对实施过程中可能出现的各类问题及解决方案进行描述分析，阐述了徐州市圣耐普特公司在实施ERP项目过程中要注意及解决的问题，为以后公司真正实施ERP系统提供参考。重点探究ERP系统实施所遇到问题及解决对策。 关键词： ERP实施 徐州市圣耐普特公司 问题 策略 Research of ERP system implementation methods of Xuzhou Shengnaipute Co., Ltd. In recent years, a growing number of equipment manufacturing enterprises have realized the importance of information management alternative to traditional management methods, however, due to many reasons, it couldn’t reach the expected results after the application of ERP software, so how to ensure successful implementation of ERP has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the research literature analysis and simulation methods combining, and take Xuzhou Shengnaipute Co., Ltd. as an example, introduces some characteristics and management of manufacturing enterprises, and explores the key problems and difficulties that may be encountered in the implementation of enterprise ERP projects in the process, and all kinds of problems that may arise in the implementation process and the solution of description and analysis, elaborated the Xuzhou Shengnaipute Co., Ltd. should pay attention to and solve in the process of implementation of ERP project the problem, provide a reference for the company ERP system implementation.
