内容摘要 自2009年12月4日至今，响应系领导的组织安排，我在天津市鑫苑大酒楼有限公司分公司餐饮部实习且担任收银员一职，在了解酒店管理框构和熟悉酒店环境、设施的同时进行我的专业实习来巩固所学的专业知识，在实践过程中寻找理论知识与实际操作的契合点。在餐饮部工作，和各相关部门的同事密切配合处理部门的各项业务，如信息查询、顾客咨询等等的工作。经过这次实习，我不仅巩固了专业知识，把专业课程知识运用到工作中，也从工作中体会到实践与理论的诸多不同，在实习过程中，发现自己在经验上的严重不足和酒店经营和管理的一些漏洞，希望自己能在日后的学习和工作中迎头赶上。六个月的实习，让我获益不少并赢得了良好的人缘，得到了上司、同事的帮助和好评，结交到了很多师益友。 关键词： 鑫茂投资集团 鑫苑大酒楼有限公司分公司 收银员 实习生 工作 Abstract Since December 4, 2009 So far, the leadership of the organization to respond to the Department, I am in Tianjin In Yuban Chinese Restaurant Food and Beverage Co., Ltd.
