校园招聘存在的问题及对策研究 摘要 目前，员工招聘是补充选拔员工的主渠道，校园招聘在这些渠道中成为企业引进人才的一个重要途径，并得到社会的认可和广泛应用。随着每年毕业生数量的日益增加，应届毕业生求职队伍不断扩大，求职就业观念的改变，企业内外部环境的迅速变化，使企业内部不断做出调整，校园招聘面临一系列挑战。本文通过分析校园招聘的含义、载体、流程、形式，发现校园招聘存在的一些问题，如校园招聘计划问题、企业岗位设置与学生定位问题、招聘人员素质不高问题、应聘简历筛选问题、招聘效率及质量问题。针对这些问题文章提出相应的对策，如制定完善的招聘计划、建立清晰准确的定位，组建高素质的招聘小组，采用高效的方法筛选简历，并就如何有效的开展校园招聘，提高招聘质量和效率提出相应的方法。 关键词 校园招聘 问题 对策 Abstract At present, employee selection employee recruitment is the main channel, campus recruitment in these channels to become enterprises to introduce talents is an important way, and has been recognized by society and the wide application of. With the annual number of graduates is increasing day by day, graduates job team expands ceaselessly, employment idea change, internal and external environment of rapid change, make enterprise interior is adjusted continuously, campus recruitment is facing a series of challenges. In this paper, through the analysis of campus recruitment process, meaning, form, found the campus recruitment problems, such as campus recruitment program, enterprise post setting and student orientation, recruitment of personnel quality is not high, the resumes screening questions, recruitment efficiency and quality problems. In view of these problems this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, such as perfecting recruitment program, establish a clear and accurate positioning, set up high-quality recruitment team, using an efficient method for screening resumes, and how to effectively carry out the campus recruitment, improve quality and efficiency and puts forward the corresponding method.
