大连理工大学本科毕业设计（论文） 肥牛牛业物流配送模式研究 Research on the Distribution Patterns of肥牛 BEFF 学 院（系）： 专 业： 物流管理 学 生 姓 名： 学 号： 指 导 教 师： 评 阅 教 师： 完 成 日 期： 2013年 5月31日 大连理工大学 Dalian University of Technology 摘 要 随着国民经济的迅速发展，人们对牛肉的需求不断增加，我国肉牛产业发展正处于战略机遇期和关键转型期，拥有良好的政治、经济、生产基础，有着巨大的发展空间和潜力。目前我国肉牛企业的物流配送模式选择比较单一，统一配送率低，达不到规模效益，配送已成为制约肉牛企业发展的瓶颈。配送是肉牛企业物流管理的重要组成部分，而国内外关于配送的研究大多集中在配送中心选址、配送路径规划、库存管理、分拣路径以及管理信息系统等方面，对肉牛企业配送模式的研究相对缺乏。基于此，本文选取肉牛企业的物流配送模式进行研究。 肥牛牛业是目前典型化的集供应、生产、销售为一体的肉牛企业，肥牛牛业物流配送为例，旨在探寻适合我国肉牛企业发展的物流配送模式，通过企业整体发展概况和物流配送管理现状，指出了肥牛牛业现阶段采用的物流配送模式存在的问题，通过对其原因进行分析后，提出了相应配送模式的改进方案和实施的保障措施，希望能为我国其他肉牛企业配送模式的改进提供参考。 关键词：配送；配送模式；肉牛企业 Research on the Distribution Patterns of DAWNRUN BEFF Abstract With the rapid development of national economy and peoples increasing demand for beef， beef wide market prospect. A batch of beef cattle enterprises which integrated upstream and downstream industries and formed integrated industrial chain of raising， processing and sellingemerged. Beef cattle industry development in our country is now in a critical transitional period of strategic opportunities with good political， economic，production base. It has a huge development space and potential. Distribution is an important part of logistics management in the beef cattle enterprises， it is very important to sustain the normal operation of beef cattle industrial chain. But the logistics distribution system of our country has not keep up with the development of the market demand of beef cattle industry. The lack for the study of the theory of the logistics distribution modes of the development in the beef cattle industry makes the distribution become a bottleneck which restricts the development of beef cattle enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to explore suitable logistics distribution mode which is suitable for the development of China’s beef cattle enterprise. DAWNRUN BEF
