氟比洛芬酯注射液联合芬太尼静脉输注用于术后镇痛的临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨氟比洛芬酯注射液联合芬太尼静脉输注用于术后镇痛的临床效果。 方法 选取我院2014年3月～2015年8月腰椎骨折患者共90例，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组术后持续输注芬太尼，观察组术前静脉推注氟比洛芬酯注射液，并于术后持续静脉输注芬太尼。观察术后镇痛效果。 结果 观察组术后6、12h的VAS评分情况，术后镇痛优良率95.6%，均优于对照组，组间比较有差异（P0.05）。 结论 氟比洛芬酯注射液联合芬太尼用于术后镇痛，能够降低患者不良反应的发生率，具有良好的术后镇痛效果。 　　[关键词]氟比洛芬酯注射液；芬太尼；术后镇痛 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）20-74-03 　　Clinical observation of flurbiprofen axetil injection combined with intravenous fentanyl in the postoperative analgesia 　　DONG Bin 　　Department of Anesthesiology， the Central Hospital of Fujin City， Fujin 156100， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of flurbiprofen axetil injection combined with intravenous fentanyl in the postoperative analgesia.
