He says （that） he is going to swim with his friend tomorrow. whether/if 引导表示“是否”的宾语从句。 不作句子成分，不能省略。 当宾语从句为一般疑问句时，用whether/if连接，标点符号取决于主句 当宾语从句为特殊疑问句时，连接词就用原来的疑问词（参见连接代词，连接副词） whether/if例句 Nobody knows whether he likes to go to school or not.
