Some examples are a daily log or check sheet or progress reports. Some questions to consider are: Is someone going to check every shipment that comes in and check each item? How are you going to evaluate each item and decide if it is acceptable or not? For example, if it is laundry service and an item has a stain does that mean it is not usable? How many stains or what sizes will determine if it is acceptable or not? What are you going to do with the items that are not acceptable? Some contracts may monitor based on milestones like implementation or construction timelines. Identify potential problems and describe how they will be handled. Think of all the things that could go wrong and come up a plan to deal with those to minimize the risks. * Stacy If there is a dispute that arises from poor performance, failure to deliver, or delivered nonconforming goods, or any other issues; describe how these disputes will be resolved.
