194例初治菌阳肺结核抗痨治疗过程中球蛋白变化及意义 ［摘 要］ 目的：探讨初治菌阳肺结核患者抗痨治疗过程中血浆球蛋白变化及其意义。方法：回顾分析XX年1月至12月194例初治菌阳肺结核患者抗痨治疗前及治疗2个月、3个月、5个月后Ig变化情况及其与肺结核病情转归的关系。结果：在194例初治菌阳结核病患者中，在治疗前有130例，患者Ig水平＞35 g/L，经规则治疗后，复查Ig逐渐降低，二者之间差异有显著性；对治疗后Ig水平与痰菌情况分析可见，Ig水平持续升高者较Ig水平低者的痰菌阳性率大，两者差异有显著性。结论：Ig与结核病病情密切相关，在病情好转时降低，反之亦然，故初治肺结核患者抗痨治疗中常规监测Ig对疾病的发展及转归有其积极的临床意义。 ［关键词］ 肺结核；抗痨治疗；Ig The Variety and Meanings of Globulin Which Was from 194 Patients of Germ the research make great efforts to provide more targeted for leadership, predictability and effectiveness of comments and suggestions.(three) adhere to the information planning as an important means of expanding.
