城市民间养老机构服务的现状与发展策略研究 ----以广东省韶关市A养老服务中心为例 摘 要 随着“银发浪潮”的到来，老年人口的比重越来越大，年轻人负担越来越沉重。就现在的情形而言，仅靠传统的居家养老和政府兴办的养老机构已经满足不了巨大的养老需求，应该鼓励更多的民间资本进入“养老服务”行列，以求能有效缓解老年人口的养老问题。然而，尽管近年来我国的民间养老服务机构数量不断增加，但在服务环境、服务效率和服务质量上都不尽如人意，严重影响老年人的老年保障。为此，本研究从老年人对民间养老机构服务的需求和民间养老机构的服务供给两方面入手，在分析民间养老机构服务需求与供给之间的矛盾的基础上，重点对民间养老机构服务质量进行定性分析，为完善民间养老机构服务质量和水平提供参考。 关键词：人口老龄化 民间养老机构 服务质量 机构养老 Present situation and development strategy of city folk pension services---- In A pension service center，Shaoguan city ，Guangdong Province as an exemplification Abstract With the advent of the silver wave, the proportion of the elderly population is growing, increasingly heavy burden on the young. On the present situation, the traditional home care alone and set up a government pension agency has been unable to meet the huge demand for old-age, should encourage more private capital into the pension services list, in order to effectively alleviate the pension of the elderly population problems. However, despite the recent years, Chinas civil increasing number of pension services, but the service environment, service efficiency and quality of service is not satisfactory, seriously affecting the elderly to protect the elderly. Therefore, this research service from both the demand and supply of private pension institutions serving the elderly folk pension institutions to start, based on the analysis of private pension institutions contradiction between supply and demand for services on the private pension institutions focusing on quality of service qualitative analysis, to provide a reference for the private pension institutions to improve the quality of service and level.
