云南德宏州芒市第一中,,高中英语 Unit1 Friendship period3 grammar教案 新人教版必修1 Unit1 Friendship This unit is concerned about the topic of friends and friendship, which is to focus on the interpersonal relationships’ dealing at the beginning of students’ high school learning and lead students to learn some literature work like Anne’s Best Friend when they finished their middle school. (The 1st period is mainly some warming-up and speaking about this unit, which paves the way to continue teaching procedures.)All in all, this unit promises to unveil the true essence of friendship and helps students to lead a more friendly and harmonious life. Thus, based on the theme, contents and teaching objectives, the whole teaching procedures can fall into seven periods as follows: Period 1 Warming up and speaking Period 2-3 Reading Period 4 Grammar Period 5-6 Listening and writing Period 7 Using language(exercise) The 4th Period Grammar Direct Speech and Indirect Speech—Statements and Questions A. Teaching content and analysis Content: .1.To review the definition and the classification of direct speech and indirect speech. 2. To specify the grammar points to the statements and questions parts. 3. To know some variation in the transition from direct speech to indirect speech. Analysis: Students are expected to know the usage and basic structures and variation of the grammar points through the reviewing of the key points. B. Teaching goals and analysis Goals:1. Enable the Ss to grasp the definition, kinds and use of direct speech and indirect speech through revision. 2. Enable the Ss to know how to transform the statements and questions of direct speech to indirect speech. 3. Enable the Ss to know how to use the grammar points in speaking and writing. 4. Enable the Ss to grasp the key words and expressions related. Analysis:Ss are expected to apply what they have learnt to practice by fulfilling some spoken and written tasks. C. Teachin
