某行政办公楼 摘 要 毕业设计是对大学四年所学专业知识的最终检验，同时也是检验对知识的综合运用能力。办公楼作为公共建筑，其结构形式相对比较简单，但是其功能要求对建筑结构的设计与施工有非常重大的影响，在本设计中，按照任务书要求，主要完成该建筑的结构计算书一份，建筑施工图一份，结构施工图一份，以及施工组织设计一份。施工组织设计采用了一些新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备；所采用的施工方法力求先进合理，以保证工程质量和进度要求，在施工过程中，严格按国家标准建立质量管理和质量保证体系，满足现行规范要求。通过对本次的毕业设计，熟悉了设计工作的全过程、基本方法、步骤，培养和提高了自身综合素质和实际工作能力，为毕业以后走上工作岗位打下坚实的基础。 关键词：设计，框架，建筑，结构，施工等 ABSTRACT Graduating design is the final examination of the professional knowledge learned in university of four years and also is an examination of comprehensive usage ability for knowledge. The office, as a public building, has a relatively simple structure form, but its function request has a very important influence on structure design and construction, in this design, according to the mission book request, main completion should be constructed of one structure calculation book, one building construction figure, one structure construction figure, and one start construction the organization design. Constructing organization adopts a number of new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new equipment. The construction method is quested eagerly to be advanced and reasonable in order to ensure project quality and progress requirements and in the construction process, in strict accordance with national standards to establish a quality management and quality assurance system to meet the requirements of existing norms. Through the design, acquainting with whole processes of design work, basic method, step, developing and raising the comprehensive character of oneself and actual work ability, give a solid foundation for the work post.
