基于直觉逻辑的风险分析方法研究董强**|1|董强|Dong Qiang|辽宁工程技术大学，阜新 123000|Lntu School,FuXin 123000|董强（1989-），男，本科生|辽宁省阜新市辽宁工程技术大学安全学院安全08-3班|123000|newfe888@|0418-2418362于渗透算法的网络极值流确定||（辽宁工程技术大学，阜新 123000） 摘要： 随着社会的发展和人们需求的日益增大，各领域项目开发的各个环节存在的复杂性，不确定性越来越严重，随之而来的风险也越来越大，因此对于项目的风险分析显得尤为重要。现如今，如何防范施工过程中的风险，以减少和避免经济损失，已成为工程项目的重要内容之一。因此，企业应在接受工程之前就进行风险的分析、评价，在项目实施中采取风险的控制、转移和规避等措施，以降低风险的程度、提高项目的盈利空间。本文研究了项目风险分析的基础理论，总结了风险分析的必要性及分类，通过对多层次模糊评价方法的研究,提出了一种基于直觉逻辑的风险分析方法。解决了因个人主观因素而导致评判结果的不科学性。并通过一个实际的工程项目实例，论证了该方法的有效性。 关键词： 项目风险分析；风险评估；风险分析特点；直觉逻辑模糊推理 中图分类号：TP311 Dong Qiang (Lntu School,FuXin 123000) Abstract: With the development of society and the peoples demand is increasing, the field of each link project of complexity and uncertainty, more and more serious, the risk is bigger, so for project risk analysis is particularly important. Nowadays, how to prevent the construction process of risk, in order to reduce and avoid the economic loss, has become one of the important contents of engineering project. Therefore, the enterprise should be accepted before the project risk analysis, evaluation, project implementation of take the risk control, transfer and avoid such measures to reduce the degree of risk, improve the profit space project. In this paper the basic theory of project risk analysis are summarized, and the necessity of the risk analysis and classification of multi-level fuzzy evaluation, through the research method, is proposed based on the risk of logic analysis method, intuition. The solution for individual subjective factors which cause evaluation results of not scientific. And through a practical project example demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
