右美托咪定减少神经外科手术患者麻醉苏醒期躁动的效果及安全性 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨右美托咪定对神经外科手术患者麻醉苏醒期躁动的影响。 方法 选择本院2010年6月～2012年12月神经外科手术患者48例，将全部患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各24例，两组患者的手术方式及麻醉期用药相同，研究组患者围麻醉期加用右美托咪定，观察两组患者苏醒期躁动评级情况，记录患者的苏醒时间、拔管时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时镇静-躁动（SAS）评分、拔管后10 min Ramsay评分、疼痛评分（VAS）。 结果 研究组患者的苏醒期躁动发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组患者拔管时SAS评分、拔管后10 min Ramsay评分、VAS评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 右美托咪定可减少神经外科手术患者麻醉苏醒期躁动情况，有效缓解疼痛，对患者术后恢复有重要作用，值得应用。 　　[关键词] 右美托咪定；神经外科；麻醉苏醒期；躁动 　　[中图分类号] R614[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）03（c）-0090-03 　　 　　The efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine in reducing revival period restlessness of neurosurgical patients 　　WAN Chun-hua ZHANG Ming-yu WANG Qiang CHEN Xiao-bo SHU Ai-hua ZHAN Le-yun 　　Department of Anesthesiology,Three Gorges University People′s Hospital;the First People′s Hospital of Yichang City,Hubei Province,Yichang 443000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine in reducing revival period restlessness of neurosurgical patients. Methods 48 patients in nerosurgery Department of our hospital from June 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into study group and the control group,each group of 48 cases,two groups were given the same surgical procedures and anesthesia medication,the study group was given dexmedetomidine during anesthesia period,the restlessness rate,awakening time,extubation time,recovery time of spontaneous breathing,sedation extubation-restlessness (SAS) score,Ramsay score 10 min after extubation,pain score (VAS) of two groups were observed. Results The restlessness rate of study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P0.05 ),the extubation SAS score,Ramsay score in 10 min after extubation,VAS score of study group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).
