复方玄驹胶囊治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关性功能障碍的临床研究 　　【摘要】目的：研究复方玄驹胶囊治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关性功能障碍的临床效果。方法：选取我院收治的Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关性功能障碍患者90例，对照组采取左氧氟沙星胶囊常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用复方玄驹胶囊治疗。对两组患者不同PSFI评分分级患者的治疗效果进行比较，对两组患者不同CPSI评分分级患者的治疗效果进行比较，对两组患者治疗前后的焦虑评分进行比较。综合评价复方玄驹胶囊在治疗前列腺炎相关性功能障碍患者的疗效。结果：治疗后两组PSFI和CPSI轻度、中度和重度患者组间疗效比较，观察组均明显优于对照组，组间比较差异均有显著性，有统计学意义（P均0.05）。观察组治疗后SAS评分改善程度明显大于对照组，差异有显著性，有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：复方玄驹胶囊联合西医抗生素治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关性功能障碍临床效果显著，并可有效减轻患者的焦虑。 　　【关键词】复方玄驹胶囊；前列腺炎；性功能障碍 　　Effect of compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis-related sexual dysfunctionCHEN Wenjun1， YANG Bo1， TONG Junfu1， LIN Yangfei1， LV Min1， LIU Wenbiao1， ZHANG Huijiang2. 1.
