急性化脓性中耳炎合并慢性鼻窦炎的临床治疗研究 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.49 　　摘 要 目的：探讨急性化脓性中耳炎合并慢性鼻窦炎的临床治疗方法及治疗效果。方法：收治急性化脓性中耳炎合并慢性鼻窦炎患者126例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各63例。对照组采取常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上进行上颌窦穿刺冲洗、鼻窦负压置换治疗等综合性治疗的方法。观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组痊愈35例，有效26例，无效2例，观察组临床治疗的总有效率96.9%；对照组痊愈32例，有效23例，无效8例，对照组临床治疗的总有效率87.3%。两组临床治疗的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结果：综合治疗的方法治疗急性化脓性中耳炎合并慢性鼻窦炎效果显著。 　　关键词 急性化脓性中耳炎 慢性鼻窦炎 临床治疗 　　Study on the clinical treatment of acute suppurative otitis media combined with chronic sinusitis 　　Liu Zhenzhen 　　Department of Otorhinolaryngology，the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jingmen City，Hebei 448000 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical treatment and treatment effect of acute suppurative otitis media combined with chronic sinusitis.Methods：126 patients with acute suppurative otitis media combined with chronic sinusitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 63 cases in each.The control group was treated with the routine treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment，the observation group was treated with comprehensive treatment methods，such as maxillary sinus puncture flushing，sinus suction replacement therapy and so on.The clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results：In the observation group，35 cases were cured，26 cases were effective，2 cases were invalid，the total effective rate of clinic treatment was 96.9%.In the observation，32 patients were cured，23 cases were effective，8 cases were invalid，the total effective rate of clinic treatment was 87.3%.The difference of the total effective rate of clinic treatment of two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of comprehensive treatment method in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media combined with chronic sinusitis is significant. 　　Key words Acute suppurative otitis media；Chronic sinusitis；Clinic treatment 　　急性化脓性中耳炎是较为常见的疾病，但是，由于一些患者没有及时地进行治疗，严重地影响到患者的治疗效果。另外，一些急性化脓性中耳炎患者常伴有慢性鼻窦炎，这也给临床治疗增大了难度。因
