脑电双频指数监测在全凭静脉麻醉中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探索脑电双频指数（BIS）监测在全凭静脉麻醉中的应用。方法：选择择期行全凭静脉麻醉手术患者60例，采用随机数字表法分为BIS组和对照组，各30例。BIS组在麻醉手术期间监测血压、心电图、BIS值；对照组常规监测血压、心电图，术中根据生命体征的变化来调节静脉给药剂量调控麻醉深度。记录两组患者血压、心率、麻醉用药量、术毕拔管时间、术毕患者送返病房时间。结果：BIS组麻醉诱导期血压下降的程度、麻醉用药量、术毕拔管时间以及术毕患者送返病房时间明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在全凭静脉麻醉中应用BIS监测可使手术患者麻醉平稳、麻醉用药量减少、麻醉恢复时间缩短。 　　【关键词】 脑电双频指数； 全凭静脉麻醉； 手术 　　中图分类号 R614 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）11-0055-02 　　The Application of Bispectral Index Monitor during Total Intravenous Anesthesia/WANG Li-jin，LI Zong-chao，WEI Wu//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（11）：55-56 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of bispectral index （BIS）monitor during the total intravenous anesthesia.Method：Sixty patients undergoing the total intravenous anesthesia were randomly divided into the BIS group and the control group，30 cases in each group.The blood pressure，ECG，BIS values during anesthesia and operation in BIS group were observed；the control group routine monitoring of blood pressure，ECG，according to the changes of vital signs during operation to regulate the intravenous dose to control the depth of anesthesia.Recorded the blood pressure，heart rates，anesthesia dose，the time of extubation by postoperative，the time of postoperative patients returned to the wards of patients in two groups.Result：The decrease of blood pressure during anesthesia induction，anesthesia dose，extubation time and postoperative patients returned to the wards time of the BIS group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：In total intravenous anesthesia in application of BIS monitoring enables operation in patients with stable anesthesia，less anesthesia dose，and can reduce anesthesia recovery time. 　　【Key words】 Bispectral index； Total intravenous anesthesia； Operation 　　First-author’s address：The 316th Hospital of PLA，Beijing 100093，China 　　全凭静脉麻醉是临床手术的主要麻醉方式之一，随着短效、超短效静脉麻醉药的应用，其临床应用局限性越来越小[1]。脑电双频指数能准确反映大脑皮质功能状况及镇静药效应，是一种无创、及时、客观、量化的镇静评价指标[2-4]。本文旨在研究通过BIS值
