Leeds—Keio人工韧带在膝关节韧带损伤修复中的有效性和安全性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究Leeds-Keio人工韧带在膝关节韧带损伤修复中的有效性和安全性。 方法 将2011年1月～2012年12月在长海医院骨科关节病区就诊的膝关节韧带损伤患者纳入研究，采用随机数表法分为Leeds-Keio组和自体移植物组，于术前和术后3、6、9、12、15、18个月时进行Lysholm、Tenger膝关节运动水平评分。 结果 ①术前，两组患者Lysholm膝关节运动水平评分[（43.1±6.3）分比（42.8±7.1）分]、Tenger膝关节运动水平评分[（2.18±0.55）分比（2.21±0.49）分]比较，差异无统计学意义（t = 1.039、0.982，P 0.05）；②术后两组患者Lysholm-Tenger膝关节运动水平评分的差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；③Leeds-Keio组：术后3个月起，Lysholm膝关节运动水平评分[（69.9±8.4）分比（43.1±6.3）分]、Tenger膝关节运动水平评分[（4.89±0.67）分比（2.18±0.55）分]均高于术前，差异有统计学意义（t = 5.983、7.763，P 0.05），且术后15个月时评分最高；④自体移植物组：术后6个月起，Lysholm膝关节运动水平评分[（61.4±8.9）分比（42.8±7.1）分]、Tenger膝关节运动水平评分[（4.51±0.62）分比（2.21±0.49）分]均高于术前，差异有统计学意义（t = 5.983、7.763，P 0.05）。结论 Leeds-Keio人工韧带能够更为有效地改善患者的膝关节功能，且在术后15个月时达到最佳的治疗效果。 　　[关键词] 膝关节损伤；韧带修复；人工韧带；聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 　　[中图分类号] R687.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）01（c）-0144-04 　　Effectiveness and safety of Leeds-Keio artificial ligament in the repairment of knee ligament injury 　　XU Guoxing1，2 XU Guoxin2 KANG Yifan1▲ 　　1.Department of Orthopedics， Changhai Hospital Affiliated to Second Military Medical University， Shanghai 200433， China； 2.Department of Orthopedics， Binnan Hospital of Petroleum Administration Bureau， Shandong Province， Binzhou 256606， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of Leeds-Keio artificial ligament in the repairment of knee ligament injury.
