羟乙基淀粉在术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗中的作用观察   [摘要] 目的 观察羟乙基淀粉在术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗中的作用。方法 回顾性分析术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者54例临床资料。根据不同治疗方法分组,对照组给予保守治疗,观察组在此基础上加用羟乙基淀粉静滴。观察两组患者临床情况变化。 结果 两组患者在治疗前,一般资料没有统计学上的差别(P 0.05)。治疗结束时,两组之间治疗有效率无统计学意义(P 0.05)。观察组腹痛腹胀缓解时间、肛门排气时间、住院天数、胃管拔除时间均低于对照组(P 0.05)。观察组平均每日胃肠减压量、电解质紊乱比率明显优于对照组(P 0.01)。结论 术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗中加用羟乙基淀粉是较佳的选择。   [关键词] 术后早期炎性肠梗阻;羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠注射液;治疗   [中图分类号] R574.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701(2014)02-0158-03   Effect of hydroxyethyl starch in the treatment to early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction   HONG Chen LI Yuhong YANG Peng FAN Huaping CHEN Jinhui   Department of General Surgery, Luqiao Hospital of Enze Medical Center (Group)of Taizhou in Zhejiang Province, Taizhou 318050, China   [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of hydroxyethyl starch in the treatment to early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction. Methods A retrospective analysis was given to the treatment to 54 patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction. All patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conservative treatment; the observational group was added with hydroxyethyl starch injection by intravenous drip. Followings were observed clinical changes in the two groups. Results Two groups of patients there were no statistical difference in ordinary circumstances before treatment(P 0.05). At the end of treatment, no statistical difference was found between the two groups on efficiency (P 0.05). But, abdominal pain relief time, anal exhaust time, hospital stay and extubation time were shorter in the observational group(P 0.05 ). What’s more, the average daily volume of gastrointestinal decompression and electrolyte disturbance ratio were significantly better in the observational group than in the control group(P 0.01).
