机械设计及其自动化未来发张方向的研究 摘要 本文主要对传统的机械设计制造和机械自动化相比较，提出了具有智能化的特征是现代机械和传统的机械在功能上的本质区别。根据机械自动化在各行各业的应用和发展，显现出了机械自动化产品的优点和效益。即多功能化、高效率、高可靠性、省材料、省能源，不断满足人们生活和生产多元化需求。 文章从系统的观念出发，综合运用机械技术、微电子技术，自动化技术，及过控技术在化工生产中的应用。着重例举了锅炉汽包水位的控制和冷却剂流量和气氨排量的最佳控制方案。提出了过程自动化控制今后的主要目标，指明了机械设计制造及其自动化的发展方向。 机械工业是为国民经济提供装备的基础工业，将随着科学技术的发展而产生变化。 机械设计制造及器自动化是以有关的自然科学和技术科学为理论基础，结合生产实践中的技术经验，研究和解决在开发、设计、制造、安装、运用和修理各种机械中的全部理论和实际问题的应用学科。主要分为机械设计方向、 机械自动化方向、机械电子工程方向、 数控技术方向、 汽车工程方向、 模具设计与制造方向。本文主要就机械设计与机械自动化两个方向加以论述。 关键词 设计制造；工业；自动化；产品；发展；方向 Abstract  In this paper, compared to the traditional mechanical design and manufacturing and mechanical automation, intelligent features is the essential difference between modern machinery and traditional mechanical functions.
