子宫体双侧弓形动脉缝扎术用于剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血的临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨子宫体双侧弓形动脉缝扎术在剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血中的应用效果。 方法 选取2010年1月～2012年12月于解放军第四二五中心医院妇产科行剖宫产术患者80例为研究对象，其中，术中因子宫收缩乏力出血经保守治疗无效而行子宫体双侧弓形动脉缝扎术治疗的40例患者为研究组，经保守治疗无效而采用其他止血方式止血的40例患者为对照组，观察两组患者的出血量、手术时间、即刻止血率、左右子宫动脉RI和S/D等指标。 结果 研究组的即刻止血率（95.0%）与对照组（92.5%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）；研究组出血量[（1078.5 ± 46.9）mL]与对照组[（1124.2 ± 44.7）mL]相比，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）；研究组手术时间[（61.3 ± 10.6）min]与对照组[（79.5 ± 12.7）min]相比，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 临床中对于剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血患者应用子宫体双侧弓形动脉缝扎术具有较好的应用效果，止血效果明显，操作也比较简单，同时，对于患者术后子宫与卵巢的功能影响也不大，值得临床中应用与推广。 　　[关键词] 剖宫产术；子宫收缩乏力性出血；子宫体双侧弓形动脉缝扎术 　　[中图分类号] R919.8 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2013）11（c）-0054-03 　　Clinical study of bilateral uterine arcuate artery ligation for cesarean section uterine atony hemorrhage 　　WANG Hongfang1 FENG Suwen2 　　1.
