超声诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤的临床价值 　　摘要：目的 分析超声诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤的临床应用价值，为患者及时确诊提供参考依据。方法 选取124例乳腺肿瘤患者，其中恶性肿瘤36例，良性肿瘤88例，对比彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断结果与手术病理诊断结果。结果 所有患者均发现乳腺内肿块，病灶为1.0×0.8 cm～7×6 cm；超声诊断乳腺良性肿瘤的准确率为91.7%，超声诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的准确率为87.5%，对比差异不显著，无统计学意义（P0.05）；乳腺良性肿瘤患者的超声像图表现多呈圆形或椭圆形，边界清晰，乳腺恶性肿瘤则表现为多形态欠规则、边界呈毛刺状、无包膜或包膜不完整、肿块内有发现钙化等，对比两组差异显著，有统计学意义（P0.05）；对比乳腺良恶性肿瘤患者的彩色多普勒检测结果以及肿块纵横比，差异显著，均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 彩色多普勒超声检查诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤的临床应用价值高，可早期发现乳腺病变，具有操作简便，准确度高等特点，值得临床推广。 　　关键词：彩色多普勒超声；诊断；乳腺良恶性肿瘤；临床价值 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors that patients with timely diagnosis and provide reference.Methods A total of 124 cases of breast cancer patients，36 cases of malignant tumor，88 cases of benign tumors，compared with color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis results were compared with surgical and pathological results.Results All patients were found in breast mass lesions is 1cm×0.8 cm～7cm×6 cm； the accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis of breast benign tumor was 91.7%， the accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer was 87.5%， compared with no significant difference， no statistical significance （P0.05）； ultrasonography of benign breast tumor patients were shown as round or oval， clear boundary， malignant breast tumors showed more irregular shape， the boundary is the burr， incomplete or no capsule， in the mass was found calcification， differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P0.05）； comparison of breast color Doppler detection results of patients with benign and malignant tumor and tumor aspect than， significant differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast benign and malignant tumors of high clinical value， can be found in early breast lesions， with easy operation， high accuracy， it is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　Key words：Color Doppler ultrasound；Diagnosis；Benign and malignant breast tumor；Clinical value 　　乳腺癌为临床常见肿瘤之
