针对性术前护理干预和常规护理对普外科患者焦虑恐惧情绪的影响对比观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨针对性术前护理干预措施对于普外科手术患者焦虑恐惧情绪的影响及临床应用效果。方法：将本院普外科收治的152例手术患者随机分为针对性护理组与常规护理组，两组患者均给予常规护理措施，针对性护理组患者在此基础上给予针对焦虑恐惧情绪的心理护理措施。比较两组患者入院、手术前焦虑评分（SAS量表），术前睡眠时间，护理满意率等指标。结果：术前针对性护理组SAS评分显著低于常规护理组（P0.05），而术前睡眠时间、护理满意率显著高于常规护理组（P0.05）。结论：针对普外科患者常见的焦虑恐惧情绪采用针对性的心理护理措施能够显著缓解患者的不良情绪，提高对护理的满意度，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 针对性护理干预； 普外科； 焦虑； 恐惧 　　Comparative Observation of Targeted Preoperative Nursing Intervention and Usual Care for Anxiety and Fears on General Surgery Patients/LIU Wang-liu.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（26）：074-075 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the impact and clinical effect of targeted preoperative nursing interventions for anxiety and fears of general surgical patients.Method：152 surgical patients admitted into the deparment of General Surgery were randomly divided into the the targeted care group（TC group） and the usual care group（UC group）.Patients in both groups received conventional care measures， while patients of TC group were given psychological care measures for anxiety fears in additon. Indicators of the two groups such as anxiety score （SAS Scale） when admitted to hospital and before the operation， sleep time before the operation， nursing satisfaction rate were compared.
