针推结合治疗肩周炎37例疗效观察 　　摘 要 目的：探讨用针刺、推拿结合治疗肩周炎的治疗方法及临床疗效。方法：通过分析107例肩周炎患者的发病原因及临床表现，随机分为针刺推拿结合组（简称针推组）37例、针刺组35例、推拿组35例，分别采用针刺结合推拿、单纯针刺、单纯推拿治疗，2个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果：随访107例患者，针推组治愈32例，治疗率为86.50%，针刺组治愈15例，治愈率为42.85%，推拿组治愈19例，治愈率为54.28%。经统计学处理，针推组与针刺组相比，x2=10.105，P0.05；与推拿组相比，x2=9.027，P0.05。结论：推拿结合针刺是临床治疗肩周炎安全有效的方法，其特点是安全可靠、疗效显著、患者痛苦小。该方法经济实惠，患者容易接受。 　　关键词 肩周炎 推拿 针刺疗法 　　中图分类号：R244 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2013）14-0028-03 　　Observation of the effect of acupuncture and massage 　　in the treatment of 37 cases with periarthritis of shoulder 　　LU Ping 　　（Huating Town Community Health Service Center of Jiading District， Shanghai 201816， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the treatment method and clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of the scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method： One hundred-seven patients were grouped by different aetiological agent and different clinical manifestation. There are 37 patients in the group of acupuncture combined with massage， 15 patients in the group of acupuncture， and 35 patients in the group of massage. The effects of different methods including acupuncture combined with massage， acupuncture， massage were analyzed. Result： Followed up 107 patients， the acupuncture combined with massage cured 32 patients （cure rate was 86.50%）， the acupuncture cured 15 patients （cure rate 42.85%）， and the massage cured 19 patients （cure rate 54.28%）. According to statistical analysis， the acupuncture group combined with massage was compared with the group of acupuncture， x2=10.105， P0.05； compared with the massage， x2=9.027， P0.05. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with massage is the safe and effective method to treat the scapulohumeral periarthritis， whose characteristics are safe and reliable， effective in treatment， less pain.
