膜分离技术在天然香料提取中的应用 18组 S李琪 摘要：本文简要介绍了天然香料分离提取的传统方法和新兴方法的发展。主要介绍膜分离技术的基本原理和特性，简述了当前膜分离技术在化工及石油工业、食品工业、医药工业和医疗设备、生物技术和环境工程中的应用。对膜分离技术的技术特点、膜材料、分类及膜分离装置进行了简单介绍。并以几片文献为基础，介绍了膜分离技术在天然香料中的应用，详细分析膜分离技术的特性。综述了当前膜分离技术在天然香料分离提纯中的应用。同时指出如果能解决膜产品的价格、膜污染和膜分离性能的提高等制约因素，膜分离技术将在天然香料提取中起到不可替代的作用。 关键词：天然香料，分离，提纯，膜分离技术，影响因素。 Application of membrane separation technology in purify of natural perfumes Group 18 SQi Li Abstract: This paper introduced the development of traditional methods and prevailing methods of separation and purify of natural perfume. Described the basic theory and characteristics of membrane separation technology, and outlined the application of membrane separation technology in the chemical and petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical and medical devices, biotechnology and environmental engineering. The paper introduced the technical characteristics of membrane separation technology, membrane materials, classifications and membrane separation device. Base on few pieces of reference, analyzed the characteristics of the membrane separation technology in natural perfume in detail. Overviewed the membrane separation technology in the separation and purification of natural perfume recently. Finally pointed out that if the price of film products can be resolved, membrane fouling and membrane separation performance improvement and other constraints, membrane separation technology will play an irreplaceable role in the extraction of natural perfume. Keywords: Natural perfume, Separate, Purify, Membrane separation technology, Influential factors. 1.开发天然香料的现状与意义 天然香料可分为挥发性和非挥发性两种成分，主要的植物性香料一般来自植物枝叶、根茎、果实、树皮、花蕾、树脂等的精油，芳香植物都含有精油，数目庞大，但实际用于香料或香料合成原料的约为 516－518种，分属 57 个植物科目。此外，动物性香料来自于海狸、麝香、大小灵猫、香鲸等动物的分泌物和结石，世界动物性香料有11种。［1］通过水蒸汽蒸馏法、超临界流体法等提取技术可分离制得精油、香脂等芳香产品。［2］ 目前,香料工业以年增长 10%-15% 的幅 度递增。 世界最大的香料市场在西欧, 其次是美国, 第三是日本.中国、独联体、印度将成为世界新的香料发展中心，预计在不远的将来，其生产香料的销售额将超过上述三大销售区。 我国有丰富的香料资源, 约有 500 种芳香植物, 广泛分布在 20 个省市, 其中以云南、贵 州、四川、广西为主。云南素有“植物王国”之称，芳香植物品
