CCD introduce Ability Enterprise Co., Ltd. CCD Device CCD (Charge Coupled Device)，感光耦合元件 主要材質為矽晶半導體，基本原理是透過光電效應，由感光元件表面感應來源光線，從而轉換成儲存電荷的能力。簡單的說，當 CCD 表面接受到快門開啟，鏡頭進來的光線照射時， 即會將光線的能量轉換成電荷，光線越強、電荷也就越多，這些電荷就成為判斷光線強弱大小的依據。 CCD basic architecture CCD 的傳輸型態 CCD依傳輸型態可分為下列三種: Interline Transfer(隔行傳送方式) (IT) Frame Transfer(圖框傳送方式) (FT) Frame Interline Transfer(框-行傳送方式) (FIT) Interline Transfer IT傳輸方式的CCD，在感光元件旁配置有垂直移位儲存器(Vertical Register)，當曝光結束開始傳輸，先將所有Image sensor資料移至垂直移位儲存器，而後資料開始由上往下移位，在最下方的資料在進入水平移位儲存器(Horizontal Register)後，即依序將資料送至信號放大器。 Frame Transfer(圖框傳送方式) FT傳輸是最早被使用的方式。 在FT的結構中，無垂直移位儲存器裝置，但多了一個儲存區(Storage Area)。 當曝光結束後，畫素先經由垂直相鄰的Image sensor送至儲存區，再由儲存區依序將資料輸出至信號放大器。 Frame Interline Transfer(框-行傳送方式) Frame Interline Transfer的方式，是將IT與FT結合後得到的最佳化的結果。 FIT結構有著FT的儲存區也有IT的垂直移位儲存器。 FIT的資料傳送，是將Image sensor內的資料於曝光結束後送至垂直移位儲存器，再以很快的速度將資料移至儲存區，而後資料再依序輸出至放大器。 IT,FT,FIT比較 Characteristic- Blooming If light impinges on a spot of a CCD-image sensor, the individual?well“ (pixel) is filled up with the generated charge carriers.
