标准大骨瓣减压手术治疗颅脑外伤的临床研究 　　摘 要：目的：研究标准大骨瓣减压手术对颅脑外伤的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2012年1月～2014年1月由脑外科收治的30例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组，每组15例。对观察组实施标准大骨瓣减压手术疗法，对照组实施常规的开颅减压手术治疗。统计两组患者在手术后的死亡率以及术后的恢复情况。结果：两组患者在经过不同的手术治疗后，观察组患者的恢复良好率为53.3%，远远高于对照组的13.3%；且观察组的死亡率为6.7%，明显低于对照组的20%，两组患者在死亡率和恢复良好率的比较上，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对颅脑损伤的患者实施标准大骨瓣减压术进行治疗，其临床效果确切，能有效减少患者脑部神经的损伤，提高患者的恢复水平，降低了死亡率、植物存活率和重度致残率，为患者术后重建脑部功能提供了有力保障。 　　关键词：标准大骨瓣减压术；颅脑外伤；常规减压法 　　Abstract： Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of standard large craniectomy operation of craniocerebral trauma. Methods： in our hospital in 2012 January ～2014 year in January from 30 cases of craniocerebral injury patients admitted to Department of cerebral surgery， as the research object， according to the different treatment methods as observation group and control group， 15 cases each group. The implementation of standard large craniectomy operation therapy for the observation group， the control group conventional treatment of craniotomy operation implementation. Statistics of two groups of patients after the operation mortality and recovery after operation. Results： the two groups of patients after operation were observed after treatment with different， good recovery group of patients was 53.3%， far higher than that of the control group and the observation group 13.3%； the mortality rate was 6.7%， significantly lower than the control group 20%， compared two groups of patients with good recovery rate in mortality rates and， the difference was statistically significant （Plt 0.05）. Conclusion： the implementation of standard large trauma craniotomy for brain injury patients， the clinical effect， can effectively reduce the brain injury patients， improve the patients recovery rate， reduce the mortality rate， plant survival rate and severe disability， has provided the powerful safeguard for the postoperative patients with brain function reconstruction. 　　keyword： standard large craniectomy； craniocerebral trauma； conventional decompression
