社区干预早期糖尿病肾病患者93例 　　摘要 目的：探讨糖尿病肾病早期社区干预的效果。方法：对照观察。对照组行常规管理，观察组在常规管理基础上由全科团队进行防治干预。结果：观察组干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量蛋白、血肌酐、肾小球滤过率、血胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白指标都明显低于干预前（P0.01），其中餐后2小时血糖、尿微量蛋白、血胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白的改善程度优于对照组（P0.05）。观察组尿微量蛋白降至正常的人数明显多于对照组（P=0.00）。结论：对糖尿病肾病进行早期社区干预可有效延缓病情。 　　关键词 糖尿病 糖尿病肾病 尿微量蛋白 社区干预 　　中图分类号：R587.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2014）16-0052-03 　　??The community intervention on ninety-three patients with 　　the early diabetic nephropathy 　　HUANG Wei 　　（Ruijinerlu Community Health Service Center of Huangpu District， Shanghai 200020， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of the early community intervention on the diabetic nephropathy. Methods： For the contrast and observation， the control group underwent the routine management， and the intervention group was intervened by the general practitioners team for the prevention and treatment based on the community conventional management. Results： The indicators of fasting blood glucose， 2-hour postprandial blood glucose， glycosylated hemoglobin， urine micro protein， serum creatinine， glomerular filtration rate， blood cholesterol， and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly lower in the intervention group after the intervention than those before the intervention （P0.01）， among of them， the improved degrees of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose， urine micro protein， blood cholesterol， and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were better than those of the control group （P0.05 ）. The number of the patients whose urine micro protein in the intervention group decreased to the normal indictor was much more than that of the control group （P=0.00）.
