糖尿病患者的社区护理干预50例 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.15.86 　　摘 要 目的：探讨社区护理干预控制糖尿病的作用。方法：2012年12月-2013年12月收集护理干预的糖尿病患者100例，随机分为干预组和对照组，各50例，对照组进行一般护理，观察组根据患者具体情况进行护理干预。结果：两组患者在干预前比较差异无统计学意义，观察组经过干预后，患者对饮食控制、运动疗法、药物疗法、自我监测的了解和掌握均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义；干预前两组血糖比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），干预后，血糖均明显降低，但是观察组干预后降低的幅度比对照组降低的幅度明显大，两组差异比较有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：社区护理干预可以明显降低患者的血糖水平，社区护理干预效果十分明显，对控制糖尿病，防治并发症的发生有着重要的意义。 　　关键词 糖尿病 社区护理干预 血糖水平 　　Community nursing intervention in 50 patients with diabetes 　　Zhang Jianhua 　　Shenlu Community Health Service Center of Machi Town，Jiuyuan District， Baotou City，Inner Mongolia 014010 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention on diabetes control.Methods：100 patients with diabetes mellitus acceptted the nursing intervention from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected，they were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group received general nursing，and the observation group were given nursing intervention according to the specific situation.Results：There was no significant differences in two groups before the intervention.After the intervention，the understanding and knowledge of diet control，exercise therapy，drug therapy and self monitoring in the observation group was better than in the control group，there was significant differences between two groups.The glucose in two groups had no significant difference before intervention（P0.05），blood glucose were both decreased significantly after intervention，but the range of decreasing in the observation group was larger than in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The community nursing intervention can decrease the blood glucose level obviously，and its effect is very obvious.It can play an important role in controlling of diabetes，and the prevention of the complications. 　　Key words Diabetes；Community nursing intervention；Blood glucose levels 　　糖尿病（DM）是我国的常见病、多发病[1]，近
