经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床价值 　　[摘要] 目的 评价经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果。 方法 选取2010年1月～2012年9月本院收治的胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者65例，随机分为两组，其中观察组33例，经损伤椎体后路钉棒固定后，行椎弓根植骨，对照组32例，仅经损伤椎体后路钉棒固定，观察并比较两组术后3个月的椎体高度压缩率、损伤节段椎体Cobb角、骨折愈合情况及内固定并发症发生率。 结果 观察组术后3个月的椎体高度压缩率、损伤节段椎体Cobb角与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果好，骨折愈合速度快，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 经椎弓根植骨；胸腰椎爆裂性骨折；固定 　　[中图分类号] R683 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（a）-0031-03 　　Clinical value of pedicle bone grafting in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture 　　CHEN Run-jiang 　　Department of Orthopedics，People′s Hospital of Shangli County in Pingxiang City of Jiangxi Province，Shangli 337009，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pedicle bone grafting in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture. Methods 65 cases of patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.After posterior pedicle screw fixation of vertebral injury，pedicle bone grafting was used in observation group（33 cases），posterior pedicle screw fixation of vertebral damage was used in control group（32 cases）.The compression rate of vertebral height，the damage vertebral segment Cobb angle，fracture healing and incidence rate of internal fixation complication in two groups after surgery of three months was observed and compared respectively. Results After surgery of three months，vertebral height compression rate，injured segments vertebral Cobb angle in observation group compared with control group respectively，with statistical difference（P0.05）. Conclusion The pedicle bone grafting in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture has good clinical efficacy and fast speed of fracture healing，is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Pedicle bone grafting；Thoracolumbar burst fracture；Fixation 　　近年来交通事故频发，巨大暴力造成的胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者也增多，以往对于胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者多使用经损伤椎体后路钉棒固定，但是这种方法容易造成骨折不愈合现象，近年来，本院通过对收治的患者进行分组研究，评价经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1
