After studying the multiple-user and non-uniform power line intimately, we get its features like having a large number of users but small in the capacity and load density, and the radius of transmission line different from each other. On the basis of that study, we propose an optimized method to improve the voltage quality and reduce line loss of multiple-user and non-uniform power line. The technology is about to use low-voltage reactive power dynamic compensation technology with zero transition in the low-pressure side of the transformer, whose rated capacity is larger than a specific one, and use the timing services of BeiDou Navigation Satellite System to coordinate the control process. In the high pressure side, we make use of sensitivity analysis techniques and follow the principles of zonal compensation to compensate in the high sensitivity with the static compensation technology. The forward-backward sweep method is adopted in the power flow calculation and the analysis of the improvement of the proposed technology. The example shows that the proposed control technique can effectively improve the quality of the voltage along the multiple-user and non-uniform power line and reduce its total active power loss.Keywords: multiple-user, optimal method, dynamic reactive power compensation, voltage quality, lin
