本 科 学 年 论 文 题目：小型家族企业管理中存在的问题及对策建议 学院（系）：经济管理系 年级专业： 10级工商管理 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 讲师 日 期： 2013年12月 小型家族企业管理中存在的问题及对策建议 摘要 自上世纪八十年代改革开放以来，经济的快速发展使我的民营企业像雨后春笋般大量的涌现出来。而受到我国传统文化的影响，这些民营企业都多都是家族式企业。经历了三十多年的发展，这些家族式企业在各方面都逐渐成熟，一些大中型家族式企业也已经基本完成了向现代公司制企业的转变，有了成熟的管理制度。但是一些小型家族式企业却面临着发展的瓶颈期，这主要是由管理上的问题所导致的。在企业管理中，人力资源管理和财务管理又是其基础，所以本文将围绕人力资源管理和财务管理来重点研究小型家族企业的管理问题及对策。 关键词　小型家族式企业、人力资源管理、财务管理 Abstract Eighty years since the last century since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of economy makes my private enterprises like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, a large number of emerging. Under the influence of Chinese traditional culture, the private enterprises are family enterprises. After thirty years of development, the family enterprises in all aspects of mature gradually, some large and medium-sized family enterprises has been basically completed the transition to a modern enterprise, has a mature management system. But some small family business is facing a bottleneck period, which is mainly caused by the management problems. In enterprise management, human resources management and financial management is the foundation, so this paper will focus on the human resources management and financial management focus on small family enterprises and countermeasures.
