There’s a desk, a chair, a map of China and some other things in the room. 2. 当我们谈论两者之中的一种情况和另一种情况时，常用one …the other I have two rulers. One is long, the other is short. Her parents are teachers. One teaches Chinese, the other teaches English. 二. have a look, look和see. 1. have a look, look是名词，一般用来表示短时间随意看一看，瞧一瞧，或特别要求对方看一看某物。 Let me have look at your new computer. They have look at my photo and give it to me. 2. look是动词，一般表示一段时间倾心专注地“看” Please look at the blackboard. I look at his photo and recognize he’s Li Lei’s father. 3. see强调看的结果，意思是“看见”、“看到” Can you see the bird in the tree? I can’t see it. It’s too small. 三. carry 和take. 1. take表示把某物或某人带到某处去，有很强的方向性，不强调负重。 Please take these things to him, please. Could you take these books to the classroom? 2. carry 表示用力地“提、扛、肩挑、搬、载”较重的物体，强调负重。 The bag is too heavy, I can’t carry it.
