People always say “While in Rome, do as Rome dose”. But sometimes it’s really a hard thing for vast cultural differences. Xiaolong Zheng’s film The Gua Sha Treatment uses this folk treatment way to show the differences and collisions between Chinese and Western culture, by a bad experience that happened in a Chinese immigrant family. The differences mainly include different medicine treatment, different education values, different social values and different traditional culture, and all these differences lead to a series of collisions in this film. Key Words: Gua Sha; Chinese and Western culture; differences; collisions 中西文化的不同和冲突 摘要：刮痧，在中国字面地意思就是摆脱发热，是一种古老的医学治疗,它能更好的促进血液循环。人们常说：“入乡随俗”，但有时由于巨大的文化差异这却是一件非常难的事情。郑晓东的电影——《刮痧》，用这一民族治疗方法，通过一个发生在中国移民家庭的糟糕经历，来展示中西文化的不同和冲突。这些不同主要包括不同的医疗方式、不同教育观、不同的社会价值观和不同的传统文化，并且在电影中这些不同导致了一系列的冲突。 关键词：刮痧；中西文化；差异；冲突 1.
