Study on stability of the Paddy field dam landslide in Three Gorges reservoir area Name：Jinjianfu Number：2012632038 Speciality：Geological Engineering College：College of Construction Engineering Study on stability of the Paddy field dam landslide in Three Gorges reservoir area Abstract:According to the initial survey data at the scene ,this paper established a geological model of landslide.On the basis of sensitivity analysis of landslide influencing factors,it attempted to simulate and calculate the stability of Paddy field dam landslide in different strength parameters by the transfer coefficient method,and studies on the causes of landslide.The study suggested that it was sensitive for effects of landslide stability safety coefficient to shear strength parameters and underground water level of sliding,which provided reliable basis for landslide stability calculation. Key words:Three Gorges reservoir area，Paddy field dam landslide，stability,ensitivity analysis，ransfer coefficient method 1 Introduction At present,slope stability is almost an important aspect to all kinds of civil engineering,geological engineering,and an important research topic to engineering geology, rock mechanics and rock engineering discipline.So,how to scientifically analyze the slope stability becomes the problem needed to solve in the urgent in the prevention of geological disasters. Taking the Three Gorges Reservoir Area Fengjie county paddy dam landslide as an example and based on field investigation and related data analysis,this paper established the landslide geological model,simulated and calculated the stability of Paddy field dam landslide using transfer coefficient method,made the analysis of the influence of the stability of the landslide sensitive factors and more sensitive factors by sensitivity analysis method,and the stability evaluation and prediction about various conditions of landslide. 2 Paddy field dam landslide situation Pa
