张北县情简介 张北县地处河北省西北部，内蒙古高原南缘的坝上地区。面积4185平方公里，辖18个乡镇、366个行政村、1167个自然村。总人口37.2万人，其中农业人口29.1万人。2005年被列为河北省首批扩权强县之一。 历史悠久，底蕴深厚。战国赵长城、燕长城、秦长城、汉长城、北魏长城、明长城“六代长城”经由县境。古“北方丝绸之路”张库商道纵贯全境。区位优越，交通便捷。背靠内蒙、面临京津，县城距北京225公里，207国道、张化、张商等六条国省干线和张石高速公路于此聚集辐射，构成了以县城为枢纽、北连南接的交通运输网络。物华天宝，资源丰富。是理想的“绿色食品”生产基地，主要盛产甜菜、错季蔬菜、杂豆、亚麻、脱毒马铃薯、裸燕麦等。矿藏已发现和探明有金、铅、锌、硫铁、硅藻土、大理石、褐煤、等金属、非金属、能源和水气矿产品有4大类型38个矿种。风能资源丰富，可开发风电总规模达500万千瓦以上，现已并网100万千瓦。气候独特，风光秀美。夏季气温一般不超过30℃，素有“坝上夏季爽天下”之美称，是距北京最近的原始草原观光区和理想的消夏避暑胜地。今年前三季度，全县地区生产总值实现41.45亿元，同比增长15.7%。全县固定资产投资完成99.22亿元，同比增长6.2%。实现全部财政收入5.8亿元，其中地方一般预算收入3.5亿元，同比分别增长46.98%、45.57%。农民人均现金收入和城镇居民人均可支配收入分别实现2940元和11089元，同比分别增长17.6%和10%。 Introduction of Zhangbei Zhangbei is located in the north-west of Hebei Province, Bashang area of the south of NeiMenggu Plateau.
