An Analysis of Oral English Teaching Strategies in Rural Middle Schools from the Perspective of Cooperative Learning Theory --- Take the Oral English Teaching in Luqian School as an Illustration Applicant: SHENG Shujuan Supervisor: FU Rong Faculty: College of Foreign Languages Jishou University March16, 2013  摘 要 合作学习是一种富有创新意义和实际效果的教学理论与策略体系，本文以农村初一英语口语教学为着眼点，以合作学习的实施途径为研究重点，从农村初中生口语学习情况调查入手，通过问卷，各别访谈，个案剖析及教师课堂体验，分析了当前农村口语教学中存在的问题及产生缘由。本文从合作小组划分，加强预知学生能力，提高学生自身学习能力，塑造团队精神等方面提出了一些对应策略,探索了一种适合初中英语口语教学的合作学习模式，提高英语课堂教学的效率，促进学生口语运用能力和综合素质的提升。 关键词: 初中英语 口语教学 合作学习 应对策略 Abstract Cooperative learning is a teaching theory and a strategy system.This paper focuses on the implementation of cooperative-learning approaches centering on oral English communications.This paper starts from an investigation in oral English study of Junior Middle School students by means of questionnaire, interview, case study, and observation on teacher’s classroom experience. It provides the existing problems and related causes in the current oral English teaching . This paper puts forward some corresponding strategies from dividing team cooperation, strengthening the ability of prediction, improving students self learning ability, shaping team spirit to explore a kind of cooperative learning for junior middle school in oral English teaching, so as to help students enhance their comprehensive capability, especially in oral English communication skills.
