中煤江南公司管理模式及管理制度的的研究和设计论文.docx

华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要煤炭地质单位在企业化改革的过程中，都会遇到事业体制与企业运行机制的矛盾。作为企业，如何建立一套合理的管理模式和管理制度，来克服体制的弊端，成为企业可持续发展的关键。本文从全国煤炭地质系统面临的企业化改革大势出发，简单分析了中煤江南公司所处的市场环境。采用 SWOT 分析法，对中煤江南公司的自身优势和劣势、外部机遇与威胁进行了系统分析，并构建了 SWOT 矩阵。采取 SO 组合方案，即充分利用公司的行业技术优势和在过渡期内的事业费保障，抓住国家对传统地勘领域的产业导向政策机会。本文通过具体总结分析中煤江南公司现行的经营管理模式，本着精简高效、资源优化配置的原则，为其设计了一套逐渐扁平化的过渡管理模式。并对公司现行制度进行梳理优化后设计了一套完整的管理制度。基于上述分析，在论文的最后，总结了煤炭地质单位在企业化改革的过程中，管理模式和管理制度建设需要重点关注的问题，希望研究的结果能对总局制订整体战略规划以及其他省局转变企业管理模式、提高管理水平提供一些借鉴和参考。关键词：中煤江南公司管理模式管理制度SWOT 分析企业化改革I华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractCoal geology units in the process of enterprise-oriented reform will encountercontradictions between institutional unit system and enterprise operational mechanism. Asan enterprise, how to establish a reasonable management pattern and management systemto overcome the drawbacks of the system becomes the key to sustainable development.From the national coal geological system facing the situation of theenterprise-oriented reforms, this paper analyzes the market environment of China CoalJiangnan Company. A SWOT analysis method is used to analyze China Coal JiangnanCompanys strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats outside the system, andaSWOT matrix is build.
